As a Polish-American game designer raised in a Catholic home but grounded in secular thought, I saw Animal Crossing not as a cute simulation—but as a living ritual where players chase wild instincts through rhythm, color, and social symbology. Drawing from my Chicago art school roots and Unity-driven design background, I transformed the game into a psychological landscape where every animal is a totem, every tree a node in the collective unconscious.
